Donald Driver has caught more passes for the Packers than anyone else in the history of the franchise. Driver made a 5-yard reception against the Lions early in the first quarter of Sunday's game for his 596th catch, one more than Sterling Sharpe. He has caught a pass in each of his last 116 games, also a franchise mark.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady threw an NFL record five touchdowns against the Titans in the second quarter on Sunday. Brady went 24-for-28 with 345 yards and five scores in the first half, leading New England to a 45-0 lead over Tennessee. He connected with Randy Moss (twice), Wes Welker (twice) and Kevin Faulk for the scores.
